YANKOVICH, Georgia (MacDonald) 1922- 2007 - Beloved wife of the late Michael Aloysius (1975). Cherished mother of Mary Catherine (Peter Furac - 1997), Mary Susan, Michael Paul, Martin Peter, and loving granny of Michael Furac. Devoted sister of Mabel, Florence (her husband Frank Plennart), and Angus George Bud (his wife Leah Boots), all predeceased. Our beautiful Mom left us in the same way she lived: with grace and dignity, with perseverance and unshakable courage. She will be missed by her family, relatives and many friends. A proud Sudburian, Georgia loved her adopted home and embraced every aspect of Northern Ontario. Mom's lively spirit was often accompanied by a song - she seemed to know them all. Her sparkling sense of humour, her warmth and generosity, her friendship, those dazzling blue eyes, are just a few of the gifts we shall treasure forever. If desired, donations in Georgia's memory may be made to the Arthritis Society, Ontario Division. A special thank you to the staff of the Copper Cliff Manor for their loving care and compassion. Memorial Visitation at the JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St. Memorial Mass in St. Patrick's Church, 39 Walford Rd., Saturday, November 3rd, 2007 at 1 p.m. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium.
