FREGONESE, Teresa (nee Furlan) - In loving memory of Teresa (nee Furlan) Fregonese, 94 years, who passed away Thursday, November 8th, 2007 at the SRH- St. Joseph's Health Center. Teresa was born in Treviso, Italy. She married Oreste Fregonese in Italy in 1939. They came to Canada in 1951 from Belgium. A longtime and well loved West End resident, Teresa had worked at Cecutti's Bakery for 21 years retiring in 1973. An active person Teresa had many interests which included knitting, crocheting, gardening, playing cards and of course, her wonderful cooking especially her delicious gnocchi. Teresa was devoted to her loving family. Beloved wife of Oreste Fregonese predeceased 1989. Loving mother of Dina (husband Luigi Farinon), Dino (wife Jan) and Giannina (husband Marcello Ongaro). Cherished Nonna of Lucia, Franco, Gianni, Gloria, Diana, Dora, Oreste, Giulia, Anita, Aldo and 18 great grandchildren. Dear daughter of Alessandro and Madalena (Bincoletto) Furlan predeceased. Dear sister of Maria Capraro of Italy and predeceased by 14 brothers and sisters. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. Funeral Mass in Ste. Anne's Church, 14 Beech St., Sudbury on Saturday, November 10th, 2007 at 10 a.m. Interment in the Park Lawn Cemetery.
