GONYOU, Doris Helen - age 89 of Dresden passed away Wednesday October 24, 2007 at Chatham Kent Health Alliance Sydenham Campus. She was born in Sombra Township daughter of the late Victor and Edith (Stevens) Green. Doris was a member of C.C.W Dresden Community Church. Her Husband Edwin Gonyou predeceased January 2007. Loving mother of Marilyn & Gordon Clauws of Chatham and John & Janice Gonyou of Wallaceburg. Dear mother-in-law of Keith Denomey of Wallaceburg; special grandma to nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren; fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her daughter Karen Denomey; sister Mary Clark and brother Roger Green. Friends will be received at the THOMAS L. DEBURGER FUNERAL HOME 620 Cross St. Dresden Friday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted on Saturday October 27, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. from the Dresden Community Church with Rev. Colin Paterson and Rev. Linda McFadden officiating. Interment in Dresden Cemetery.
