Beloved wife of the late Arthur Roland Carter. Dear mother of Carol Darrah of Belleville, William Carter (Sharon) of Ottawa, Harry Carter (Edith) of Campbellford, Richard Carter (Karen) of Kingston, and Joe Carter (Lee) of Deseronto.
