McMASTER, Dorothy (nee Norton) - Peacefully after a short but courageous battle with cancer, Dorothy McMaster of Hamilton Ontario. Predeceased by her son Dennis. Beloved mother of Lloyd (Lynn), Don (Andrée), Colleen (Dave) Morrison, Bette Ann (Rob) Brown, Doug (Lyse), Sandy, Karen (Guy), Jay (Diane), and Sue (Ken) Janssens. Grandmother extraordinaire of Dawn, Kelly, Mark, Lori, Steven, Lisa, Sherri, Lauren, Lindsay, Jennifer, Christine, Jason, Steve, Brad, Darren, Sheena, Xavier, Acacia, Michael, Christopher and Davis. Great-Grandmother of 11 and great-great Grandmother of 1. Predeceased by her parents, Villiers and Clara, her brother Fred and sister Clara (Babe). Mom will be deeply missed by her friends. Resting peacefully at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Ave, Dr., Stoney Creek on Thursday from 10:30 a.m. until the start of the Memorial Service at 11:30 a.m. A very special thanks to Dr. Murdock, Dr. Knight and Dr. Rogers and the wonderful nurses and staff at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital that provided such compassion for our Mom. Donations to the Living Rock or the Good Shepherd Youth Services would be appreciated by the family. Mom, you are deeply loved, respected and cherished for raising your family on your own.
