CARPENTER, DOROTHY (nee Nicholls) Retired Public Health Nurse. Peacefully at the Villa Care Centre, with her family by her side on Friday October 26th, 2007 in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Herb Carpenter. Loving mother of John and Mary and Dave and Sheila. Cherished grandmother of Carol and Keith, Nadine and Ainslee. Loving great grandmother of Simon and Claire. Dear sister of Bette MacIntosh, predeceased by Mary Poppleton and Clarkson Sherbo. Visitation was held at the Nicholls Funeral Home, 330 Midland Ave., Midland on Sunday October 28th, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service was held in the chapel on Monday October 29th at 3:00 p.m. Cremation to follow.
