BALIAN, Marie - peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital, on Wednesday October 31, 2007. Marie, in her 85th year. Re- united with her husband Jack Balian (1957). Loving, devoted mother of William “Syd” Balian, Barbara (Stan) Bukala and Irene (Paul) Oliver. Dear grandmother of Nicole (Scott), Natalie (Mike), Denise and Devon. Great-grandmother of Marcus, Nathan, Owen and Jocelyne. Also survived by her nephews Mitchell and Douglas Avedikian. Special thanks to Dr. V. Nikore and Dr. V. K. Nikore, Dr. W. Pawliwec, Dr. R. W. Farley, and the nurses on C4 of the BGH, for their continuing care of our mother. Friends will be received at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. Service in the chapel on Monday November 5, 2007 at 11 a.m., officiated by Rev. Dave Ponting of Grace Anglican Church. Interment to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
