ARCHER, Ethel Mary (McEwan) - At London Health Sciences Centre Victoria Campus on Tuesday, November 6, 2007, Ethel Mary (McEwan) Archer, formerly of Ingersoll, in her 85th year. Wife of the late Russell Kenneth (Russ) Archer (1997). Dearly loved mother of Lynda and her husband Ken Whiteford of Woodstock and Kirk and his wife Joanne of Airdrie, Alberta. Loving grandma of Brad and Shayna Whiteford and Jeff, Kate, Colin and Stephanie Archer. Sadly missed by brother Jack McEwan and his wife Connie of Peterborough and sister-in-law Mary McEwan of Stratford. She will be mourned by many nieces and nephews and friends, especially her nursing buddies. Predeceased by parents John Clarence McEwan and Edna May Burtch, step-mother Esther Pearson, two brothers Lewis (2004) and Bruce (1983), two sisters Edith Rive (1986), Thelma Gould (2006) and one grandson Darren Whiteford (1979). Ethel was employed for many years as a registered nurse at Alexandra Hospital in Ingersoll. Friends will be received at the MCBEATH-DYNES FUNERAL HOME, 246 Thames St. S., Ingersoll Thursday 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. where service will be held on Friday, November 9, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Bill Mayoros of Trinity United Church, Ingersoll officiating. Interment Dorchester Union Cemetery. Memorial donations to Trinity United Church Foundation, Central United Church, Woodstock or the Alzheimer Society of Oxford would be appreciated. 10894301
