STUART, Ronald. Born March 26, 1919, died peacefully on September 18, 2004 inSt-Lambert, Quebec. He was the son of Frederick Alvah Stuart and Flora Margaret Stuart (nee Tingley) of Tingley, New Brunswick. He was an inspiration to his family and friends and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his four sons, Brian (Lorna), David (Lorraine), Robert and Craig (Patricia) and his seven grandchildren Jana, Andrea, Peter, Jacob, Heather, Colin and Justin. He was predeceased by his wife Mary (Vanstone). After earning a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Toronto, he had a long and distinguished career in research at Merck Frosst. After retirement he continued working at University of New Brunswick for many more years. Visitation will be held at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White at 307 Riverside Dr. in St-Lambert on Thursday, September 23 from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel of the Funeral Home, Friday, September 24 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the charity of your choice.
