ELLIS, Hazel Peacefully at Medex Nursing Home, Ottawa on Tuesday, September 2, 2004, Hazel (Swayne) Ellis in her 102nd year, wife of the late Herman Ellis. Loved mother of Harry (Lynn) of Courtney, B.C. and Wayne (Bea) of Ottawa. Predeceased by sons Gordon, Ted, Doug and daughter Wanda Brooks. Fondly loved and remembered by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mother-in-law of Betty-Anne Ellis of Ottawa and Wilma Ellis of Dunsford. Sister of Verna Andre of Perth and Dot Keays of Timmins. Predeceased by brothers Borden and Hubert. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Falls from 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 7, followed by service in the chapel at 1 p.m. Interment: Hillcrest Cemetery.
