SCOTT, Lloyd - Suddenly at his residence on Wednesday, October 17, 2007. Lloyd George Scott of Avonmore; formerly of Maxville; age 88 years. Beloved husband of Marjorie Scott (nee Graham). Dear father of Joyce Scott of Cumberland, Guy Scott (Carol) of Avonmore and Graham Scott (Grace) of Iqaluit. Predeceased by his son Garry Scott (Patricia) and his daughter Judith Scott as well as his grandson Jason. Cherished “Pompom“ of Benjamin, LeeAnn, Kevin, Derek, Kitiara, Kassandra, Kira and great “Pompom“ of Tylar and MacGregor. Dear brother of Eldrid Scott (Murdena) of Maxville. Son of the late Sidney Scott and the late Eva Cutt. Predeceased by his brothers, Maitland and Orvel Scott. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 20 Main Street, Maxville, (613) 527-2898 on Monday, October 22, 2007 from 2 to 5 p.m. ONLY. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at the Newington Wesleyan Church, Newington, on Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. The Rev. Krista Shaver, officiating. The family will be present at the Church on Tuesday, October 23, 2007 from 12 noon until time of the Service. Interment will follow in Paul's Hill Cemetery, Avonmore. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario, the Canadian Diabetes Association, Child Evangelism Fellowship of Ontario or the Newington Wesleyan Church would be appreciated by the family.
