VAN EGMOND, Nicholas - Mr. Nicholas Van Egmond of Cornwall passed away peacefully with his family at his side at the Glen Stor Dun Lodge on Sunday October 21, 2007 age 75 years. (Retired C.I.L. Employee). He is survived by his wife of 55 years Norma Elliott and his 7 children Barbara Brownlee (David), Nicholas (Ed)Van Egmond (Phyllis Colbran), Linda Cunningham (Bert), Wayne Van Egmond (Tanna Tyo), Gwen Harper (Gord), Karen Payette (Jacques), and Elliott Van Egmond (Seigned Serre). Sadly missed by his 15 grandchildren and 2 brothers Dick and John both of B.C.. Predeceased by his parents Nicholas and Anna and by one brother Len. Resting at the WILSON FUNERAL HOME 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall from 2 PM Wednesday October 24th. Funeral service will be held in First Baptist Church, Cornwall on Thursday October 25, 2007 at 11:00 AM. Reverend Randy McCooeye officiating. Interment to follow in St. Lawrence Valley Cemetery, Long Sault. Visitation Wednesday from 2-5 and 7-10 PM and Thursday 9-10:30 AM.
