LACHARITY-OWEN, Carmen Passed away peacefully in Ottawa on September 5, 2004 at the age of 71. Born September 14, 1932 Carmen Vincent, beloved daughter of the late Edmond Vincent and Catherine McGregor of Maniwaki. Survived by her son, Allen and two grandchildren Crystal and Allen. Also survived by her sister Margaret and her brother Alfred. Pre-deceased by her brother Edmond (Sonny) and her sister Elizabeth, member of the Joan of Arc of Holy Orders. Mass to be held at Notre Dame de Lourdes on 435 Montreal Road on Wednesday, September 8th at 10:30am. Family will be available at the church from 9:30am.
