WATTS, Heather Maxine. It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of Heather Maxine Watts while on vacation in New York City on Wednesday, July 14, 2004 in her 39th year. Dearly beloved daughter of Phyllis Agard of Ottawa and the late Clyde Lewis of Barbados. Loving fiance of George Lowe of Brooklyn, New York. Dear sister of Anthony, Annette, Monica, Anderson, Cyrilene, Leaton and Junior Watts of Barbados. Niece of Dorothy Brewster of Barbados, Delbert Watts (Jean) of the UK and Geraldine Cumberbatch and Eulene Reid of the USA. Proud aunt of Suzanne Watts and 16 others of Barbados. Heather will be sadly missed by her cousins, Franciene Branker-McClean of New York, Elaine, Cheryl and Lorraine Howell of Barbados and little friends, Daniel, Nicholas and Justin. Interment was on July 24, 2004 at St. Stephen's Anglican Church, Black Rock, St. Michael, Barbados, West Indies. We would appreciate in memoriam donations to be sent to: Parkdale United Church, 429 Parkdale Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario, KIY 1H3. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the same church. The Ottawa Citizen
