HIMES, Clarence H. - With deepest sorrow, we announce the sudden passing of Clarence Himes on Saturday, October 27, 2007 at the Hamilton General Hospital, in his 73rd year. Beloved husband for over 49 years of Nola and loving father of Lesli (Derek) Boal, Debbie (Tony) Dorey and David (Janice) Himes. A wonderful papa to Thomas and Victoria Boal, Eric Himes, Bridget and Spencer Dorey. Brother of Ronald Himes. Predeceased by both of his parents and his brother Frank (Ann) Himes. Brother in law to Sharon and Dave Wiebe and Jim Stirrett. Clare enjoyed a successful career with the Ministry of Revenue and the Ministry of Agriculture. Once retired, Clare spent many hours with his wife, family and friends. Active in many sports, he had a particular love of golf. He also enjoyed traveling and always looked forward to planning the next holiday with Nola and his friends. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the VINELAND CHAPEL of the TALLMAN FUNERAL HOMES, 3277 King St. in Vineland Tuesday, October 30th from 7-9 pm. A private family burial will follow.
