DRIEDIGER, Vicki Laverne - 1956-2007 - Born in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Vicki Laverne Driediger died at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie on Thursday November 1, 2007. Vicki worked as a nurse, college teacher, and administrator. She enjoyed crafts, music, flowers and involved herself in volunteer and church work - especially in choir and music. She was a good wife and mother, and above all, a good friend - joyful, caring and generous. Raised in a devout Christian home, baptized in her youth, Vicki's spiritual journey has been uncomplicated, sincere and personal. She placed her hope in the One who by His death and resurrection sets us free - may He welcome her into His peace. Vicki succumbed to pancreatic cancer, a disease which had already claimed her mother and one sister. She is survived by her husband Mark, sons Joel and Daniel, father Abe Froese, two sisters and one brother.
