UNRUH, Tina Martha - Born June 4, 1919 and passed away peacefully at Tabor Manor in St. Catharines on November 6, 2007. Survived by sweetheart and husband of 66 years, Edward, and sons Ron (Christine), Murray (Diane), Neale (Kathy); 6 grandchildren, Cari (Tim Locken), Jeff (Gina), Beth (Eric Woelk), Matthew (Cristina), Drew, Amy (Chris Hollywood) and 8 great grandchildren. Tina was unusually gifted in many areas of life, excelling as a chef, running her own successful catering business; creating beautiful fashions as a seamstress and was particularly talented at embroidery, knitting and crocheting producing lovely pieces for various missions, friends and family to enjoy. She served tirelessly at Calvary Church, overseeing the kitchen for many years, singing in the choir, serving enthusiastically on the Missions Committee. She served as the chair of the Women's Executive of the Associated Gospel Churches in the early 1980's. Her home was always open to guests, the coffee pot was always on and something fragrant and delicious was just coming out of the oven. Tina made the most of every moment until failing health made it impossible for her to serve others. We are thankful for the care she received and the kindness of the staff at Tabor Manor, Dr. O'Reilly and Dr. Kerley. The family will receive friends at the VINELAND CHAPEL of the TALLMAN FUNERAL HOMES, 3277 King St. on Friday 2-4 and 7-8:30 p.m. Private family interment will precede the Memorial Service to be held at Calvary Church, 89 Scott St., St. Catharines Saturday, November 10th at 1 p.m. If desired memorial donations to the Missions Committee of Calvary Church or Tabor Manor would be appreciated by the family. 10894685
