Peter James CARROLL

CARROLL, Peter James (Sammy) It is with broken hearts that we share the news of Peters unexpected death on September 25, 2007, age 46, in Jasper, Alberta. Loving son of the late James and Therese Carroll. Cherished brother of Aimee (Bill), Joan (Mark), John, and George (Gail). "Very cool" uncle to David and Lauren, Kathleen, Veronica, and Colin, Jamie, Justin, and Dylan. A long-time Jasper resident, Peter left Ottawa at seventeen to work at the Jasper Park Lodge as a summer student. He fell in love with the mountains and made Jasper, and the Jasper Park Lodge, his home. Peter is and will be fondly remembered for his kind, gentle, and thoughtful manner. He will be sadly missed by his many friends and family in both Jasper and Ottawa. A memorial service for Peter was held in Jasper on September 29. Friends in Ottawa are invited to celebrate Peter's life at a memorial mass on Sunday, October 21, at 3:00 pm, at St. Patrick's Church - Fallowfield, 15 Steeplehill Crescent.
