EMON, Ruth Kathleen We regret to announce the sudden passing of our dear mother, on Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at the age of 63. Ruth (nee Boothby) Emon, of Perth. Beloved wife of the late Keith Emon. Dearest daughter of Mrs. Annie Smith of Lanark, ON, and the late John Boothby. Cherished mother of John (Susan) Smiths Falls, ON, and Mona Emon, (Glenn Comeau) of Rideau Ferry, ON. Loving Grandma to Rebecka, Rachel, Tamara, Brandon, Paul and Nicole. Dear sister to Dan (Eileen) Boothby, Harry (Donna) Boothby, James (Joan) Boothby, and Elaine (Earl) Burgess. Ruth is predeceased by her brother Russell Echlin. Ruth will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her numerous brothers and sisters in law, her aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Ruth is now with her best friend and true love Keith! God bless you Mom, we sure will miss you! Friends are invited to comfort the family, and share many golden memories of Ruth. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 20, from 7 to 9 p.m. and again on Sunday, October 21 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at O'Dacre Family Funeral Home, 15 Victoria Street, Perth, ON. A Funeral service honouring the life of Ruth will be held on Monday, October 22, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the funeral home, thence to interment at Hopetown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Association and the Canadian Cancer Society, would be greatly appreciated.
