JUSTUS: Howard Earl September 22, 1936 - May 11, 2006 Howard Earl Justus passed peacefully after a brief struggle with cancer. Howard is survived by brothers Allen and Harvey; sisters Phyllis and Samaya; wife Elizabeth; daughters Sylvia, Sheila, Barbara and Amber; and seven grandchildren. Howard will be remembered by his family and friends for his generous and fun loving nature. A memorial service will be held on May 19, 2006 at 2 PM at East Coulee Assn. Hall. No flowers by request.
