STRUBLE: Harry Howard Born June 26, 1926 Harry, a long time resident of the Hanna, Drumheller area, passed away on July 21, 2006 in Drumheller. He was predeceased by his wife, Lois, his parents, Harry and Bessie Struble and his brother, John Albert Struble. He is survived by his two sisters, Nellie (Wardlow) of Mayerthorpe and Florence (Newsham) of New Westminster B.C. and numerous nieces and nephews. Harry was raised on the family farm, south of Hanna. He took over from his parents in 1956 and continued to farm there until 1967. He farmed briefly near Olds, then tried his hand at Real Estate in the Calgary area, where he met and married Lois. They moved to her family ranch in Montana in the mid 1970’s. After her death, he went to college in Great Falls and returned to Canada in the mid eighties. In later years, he lived and worked around southern Alberta working in the agricultural industry. Harry will be missed by his many friends and family members. His sense of humor was enjoyed by all. A memorial service will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion in Drumheller on July 28th at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Lung Association if you so wish.
