MUNRO - Florence Passed away peacefully, at the Almonte General Hospital Rosamond Wing on Wednesday, October 31, 2007, age 93 years. Florence was born in Balaclava, Ontario September 15, 1914, the eldest daughter of Claude and Jean Wark. She was predeceased by her husband Wilbert (April 2, 2007). Beloved mother of Ev Barr (Pat McAuliffe), Eldon (Rita), Norma Blair (Herb), Glen (Elaine) and Barry (Dianne Healey). Proud grandmother of 17 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. Much loved sister of Peg Cotteril and Hazel Fraser. Predeceased by her brother Roy and sister Rae. Friends may call at the Almonte Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 154 Elgin Street, Almonte on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 11 a.m. Interment Guthrie United Cemetery, Clayton. Those wishing may make memorial donations to the Almonte General Hospital/Fairview Manor Building Fund or Guthrie United Church, Clayton.
