ILCHYNA, Walter. 1915-2007. Passed away at the Royal Victoria hospital on November 2, 2007 at the age of ninety-two Mr. Walter Ilchyna, widower of Mrs. Stefania Malynowska. He leaves behind his niece Marika and grandson Orest, his nephews Volodimir (Elizabeth), their children Sylvia and Nina, and Yurko (Zofia), their children Renata and Marcin; nieces and their families in Ukraine, family in Poland as well as friends in Montreal and Toronto. Visitation will take place on Sunday, November 4, 2007 from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday from 7 to 10 p.m. and on Tuesday as of 9 a.m.; Panachyda will be at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday and Monday at: The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. at St-Michael's Church, 2388 Iberville Ave., Montreal. Then to Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery. A very special thank-you to Dr. Paul Barre for his long and excellent care for Mr. Ilchyna and many thanks to the entire staff of Tenth Medical at the Royal Victoria Hospital.
