TONER, BARBARA ANN (STRATIS) - passed away unexpectedly by accident on October 17th, 2007 at the Smithers Hospital in Houston B.C. at the age of 48. Barbara was the daughter of Beatrice (Walsh) and the late Anthony Stratis. She is survived by her companion Glen Mason; Terry Toner, father of her children; daughter Natasha; son-in-law David DeLong of Riverbank NB. Son Shane of Alberta; special grandson Ryan DeLong of Riverbank, NB; two brothers, Michael (Margaret) Stratis of Saint John and Arthur Stratis of Rothesay; a sister Mary-Lou (Terry) of Alaska, and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Besides her dad, Barb was predeceased by two sisters; Cathy and Ann Marie. Funeral arrangements are under the professional care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John NB. (646-2424). Visitations will be held on Thursday evening from 7-9 pm and Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10am from the Fundy Funeral Home "Chapel". Following cremation, interment will be held at a later date. Requested by family, memorial donations may be made to the IWK Childrens Hospital or donation of the donors choice.
