Edith McNally 1920-2007 Au Manoir Victoria Glen de Perth-Andover, le 23 octobre 2007, à l'âge de 86 ans, est décédée Edith McNally, épouse de feu Havelock McNally, domiciliée à Perth-Andover. Née à Plaster Rock en 1920, elle était fille de feu Smith Ashford et de feu Annie Cottrell. Elle laisse dans le deuil deux filles, Marlene Plant (Gary) de la Floride et Cyrena McNally de la Caroline du Nord, deux fils, Hazen (Carolyn) de Tilley et Leo (Wilhelmina) de Moncton, sept petits-enfants, dix arrière-petits-enfants, trois frères, Steve Ashford de Saint John, Jim et Bill Ashford de Plaster Rock, trois soeurs, Shirley Francis de Saint John, Etta Parsons (Max) et Carol Ann Mahaney (Marvin) de Plaster Rock, ainsi que des neveux et nièces. Ses funérailles ont eu lieu le samedi 27 octobre à 15h au salon Guy O'Regan de Grand-Sault. Le célébrant était le pasteur Kevin Kierstead. Les porteurs étaient ses petits-enfants, soient Clinton McNally, Kyle McNally, Thomas Price, Keri Plant, Lisa Bubar et Cindy Ouellette. L'inhumation a eu lieu au cimetière baptiste de Perth-Andover. La direction des funérailles a été confiée à la Maison Funéraire Guy L. Born at Plaster Rock in 1920, she was the daughter of the late Smith and Annie (Cottrell) Ashford. She is survived by two daughters, Marlene Plant (Gary) of Florida and Cyrena McNally of North Carolina; two sons, Hazen (Carolyn) of Tilley and Leo (Wilhelmina) of Moncton; seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; brothers, Steve Ashford of Saint John, Jim and Bill Ashford of Plaster Rock; sisters, Shirley Francis of Saint John, Edda Parsons (Max) and Caroll Anne Ashford of Plaster Rock; nieces and nephews. Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls from where her funeral service will be held Saturday, October 27th at 3 p.m., with Pastor Kevin Kierstead officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends from 2 to 3 p.m. on Saturday. Interment will be in the United Baptist Cemetery, Perth-Andover.
