Audrey Smith Smith - The family announces with great sorrow her sudden passing at the Sudbury Memorial Hospital on Monday, September 13, 2004, at the age of 77 years. She was predeceased by her husband Ivan, Siblings; Doris Hardy, Helen Boucher, Edna Vallin, Howard Fleming and her daughter-in-law Marianne. She is survived by: Son, Jim Smith (Lisa), of Victoria B.C. Daughter, Sherry (Butch) Faulkner, of South Porcupine Grandchildren, Tracy, Trevor and Timothy and Great Grandson, Royce. She is also survived by Sisters, Phyllis Roy, (St Catherines), Rita Reynolds and Buddy (Bill) Axcell of Kirkland Lake, and many nieces and nephews. Audrey will be sadly missed by her close and dear friend Irene Russell and many caring and cherished neighbours. The family would like to thank the Doctors and Health Care Workers at Sudbury Memorial Hospital for all the attentive care and compassion shown to Audrey during her stay. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to a charity of your choice. A memorial service will be held at a later date. - 9/17/2004 - ID4822490
