SMITH, C. Lewis - Passed away at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Hospital on November 17th, 2007 at the age of 79. Beloved husband of Irene (nee: Snider) for 56 years. Dear Father of David (Sandra) and Michael (Ayako). Loving grandfather of Kyle, Ian, Sherry (Paul), Brandon and Alexis. Pre- deceased by his daughters Louise (2007) and Miriam (1961). A special thank-you to the Niagara-on-the-Lake Hospital for all of their care and compassion. In accordance with Lew's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Service to celebrate his life will be held on Thursday, November 22, 2007 at St. Thomas Anglican Church, 99 Ontario St., St. Catharines, ON at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by his family.
