Ida Dagenais (née Brousseau) 1914 - 2004 The family announces with great sorrow her death on Monday August 9th, 2004 at the Golden Manor Home for the Aged, at the age of 89 . Predeceased by her husband Wilfred in 2000. Beloved mother of Jacqueline Martel (Armand) of Hamilton, Mignonne Geddes (Ray) of Timmins, Diane Jetté (Germain) of Timmins, mother-in-law of Colette Dagenais of Timmins, loving grandmother of Denis Martel (Eileen) of Hamilton, Linda Goerw (Ron) of Hamilton, Bonnie Gazzola (Edward) of Atlanta, Georgia, Raymond Dagenais (friend Joelle Gauthier) and Kim Letang of Timmins, dear great-grandmother of Chad, Jessica, Jean-Luc, Jeffrey, Keaston, Tishanna, dear sister of Jeanette St. Amour of Timmins and Rita Riopel (Léo) of Timmins. Also predeceased by her son Raymond Dagenais in 1985, her daughter Doreen Dagenais in 1936, her parents Eugene and Alphonsine Brousseau and her brothers, Noel Brousseau, Roméo Brousseau, René Brousseau and Hervé Brousseau. Funeral service will be held on Thursday August 12th, 2004 at 3 pm in the funeral home chapel with Fr. Maurice Magnan officiating.Cremation will follow. Remembrance donations made to the Hospital for Sick Children will be greatly appreciated. The family will receive friends on Wednesday August 11th, from 7-9 pm at the Maison funéraire LESSARD-STEPHENS Funeral Home.
