ALLISON, Robert Hugh - Peacefully at Bluewater Health Mitton Site on Friday November 16, 2007, ROBERT HUGH ALLISON age 79 years of Sarnia. Husband of the late Wilda nee Brandon Allison (2002). Loving father of David Allison of Sarnia, Glenn Allison and his wife Tina of Sarnia and James Allison of Winnipeg. Grandfather to Natasha, Thomas, Amy, Angela, Jesse and Eligha. Brother of Irene Hyland of Windsor. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Predeceased by brothers Stan, Don and Noble and sisters Margaret and Elaine. Robert retired from Ontario Hydro as a Power and Relay Technician after 40 yrs of service. He received the “Hero of the Home Award“ for the loving care of his wife Wilda during her battle with Alzheimers. A Celebration of Robert life will be held from the D.J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday November 20th at 1:00 p.m. with interment to follow at Lakeview Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Monday afternoon and evening from the hours of 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimers Society (Cheques only please.)
