Taillon, Rena (née Rozon) 1920-2004 The family announces with sorrow her sudden passing on Sunday, August 29th, 2004 at the Timmins and District Hospital. Rena was predeceased by her loving husband of 54 years Francis and by brothers Lawrence and Aldolphus Rozon. She was a loving mother to her children, Brian (Susan) of Ottawa, Michael (Denise) of Ottawa, Elizabeth Siren (Richard Tilley) of Taiwan, Audrey Onucki (Dean) of Timmins and Dwight (Betty) of Brampton. She will be forever cherished by her grandchildren Shawn, Wayne (Amanda), Peggy Lee, Eric (Don), Christine (Roger), Christopher (Karen), Leslie (Darrell), Benjamin, Christine and Linda. She will be sadly missed by her great grandchildren Dustin, Sasha and Bradley. Rena is survived by her sister Pauline Lafave of Maxville. Rena was a World War II Veteran who proudly served her country overseas with the C.W.A.C.. Former Member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 387, Matachewan and member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 88, Timmins and was a resident of the Georgian Residence in Timmins. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday August 31st, 2004 at 11 am at the Church of Nativity. Interment will follow at the Timmins Memorial Cemetery. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, remembrances made to the Arthritis Society will be greatly appreciated. The family will receive friends on Monday August 30th, from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at the Maison funéraire LESSARD-STEPHENS Funeral Home.(705)268-4488.
