FORD, James R. - 72 years, of Tilbury, passed away at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Saturday, November 17, 2007. Beloved husband of Betty (Gardiner). Loving father of Brian Ford and wife Janet of Tilbury, Barbara and husband Robert Gagnier of RR 1, Comber. Dearest grandfather of Ryan and Allison Ford, Billie and Shannon Ford, the late Lillian Gagnier (2007), and Emily Gagnier. Cherished great grandfather of Brody Ford. Predeceased by parents Gordon and Margaret (Patterson) Ford. Dear brother of Marian and late husband Albert Eskritt (2007) of Merlin, Kenneth Ford and wife Rita of Windsor, Allan Ford and friend Carol of Staples. Dear brother-in-law of the late Agnes (2007) and Charles Robinson, Margaret and late husband Miles Cowan (1992), Douglas and Diane Gardiner (Darleen Gardiner-2001), all of Tilbury, the late William Gardiner (1944), and Helen Gardiner (1949). Jim was a Past Master of Naphtali Masonic Lodge #413 AF & AM, a Past Patron of June Chapter #130 Order of the Eastern Star, and member of Chatham Lodge of Perfection, Kent Chapter Rose Croix. Visitation at REAUME FUNERAL HOME, 6 Canal St. W., Tilbury from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday. Order of the Eastern Star service 7 p.m. Wednesday. Masonic Lodge Service 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral service at the funeral home Thursday, November 22, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Catherine Collins-Barker officiating. Interment at Stewart Cemetery.
