MELNYCHUK, Alex - Peacefully at Tabor Manor on Wednesday, November 28th, 2007 in his 86th year. Predeceased by his wife Anna Melnychuk and son William Melnychuk. Dear father of daughter Natalie Kostiuk and her husband John, their children daughter Helen and her husband Steven McLaren, their children Garret, Carson and Eric; son Walter and his wife Andrea Kostiuk; son Dr. Michael and his wife Elizabeth Melnychuk, their children Mark and William; son Peter and his wife Hania Melnychuk and their children Tiana and Taisa. Survived by extended family in Ukraine, and North America. Alex was retired from General Motors and was a member and choir conductor at the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of St. George. Family will receive friends at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street (905-684-6346) on Friday from 6:30 until 9:00 p.m. Panachyda will be held at 7:30 p.m. Funeral service in the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of St. George, 65 Facer Street (at Augusta St.) on Saturday, December 1st, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow in St. Volodymyr Cemetery, Oakville. 10918653
