GUALTIERI, Caterina (Savoia) - at Tufford Nursing Home, St. Catharines on Friday, November 16, 2007 at the age of 65 with her loving husband, Alfredo, of 45 years by her side. Loving and devoted mother of Sam (Tanya), Carlo (Barbara) and Frank (Kelly). Nonna will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Freddie, Cate, Thomas and Luke. Dear sister of Carmelo (Maria), Domenico (Marianna), Costanza (Nino), Bob (Yutta) and Rocco (Linda). Predeceased by her parents Domenico and Maria. Caterina Catherine was a devoted and caring wife and mother who will be sadly missed by many family members and dear friends. Caterina was born in Italy and lived in Argentina before settling here in Canada. She resided in Thorold for many years where she met her husband and raised her family. Caterina's family will receive family and friends at the LAMB-BOCCHINFUSO FUNERAL HOME, 2 Regent St., Thorold on Monday from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 21 Queen St. S., Thorold, on Wednesday at 10 a.m. The Rite of Committal to follow at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Fonthill. Vigil Prayers for Caterina will be celebrated at the funeral home on Tuesday at 3 p.m. Memorial donations in memory of Caterina to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family.
