LEVESQUE, Jacqueline Adrienne (Soulard) nee Hotte (1930-2007) It is with deep regret that her family informs you of her passing on November 11, 2007 at the age of 77, following a brief battle with cancer. Daughter of the late Napoleon Hotte and the late Dorcina Loyer. She was a devoted mother, a proud grand-mother and great-grandmother. She was a loyal employee of Steinbergs. She leaves behind her cherished partner Aurele Potvin; her 4 children: Richard Craig Soulard, Diane (Jean-Paul Delisle) from Hong-Kong, Suzanne (Claude Paris), Micheline (Serge Nadon); her stepson Ray Levesque (Francine); her partner's daughters: Nicole (Francois Lalonde) & Lise (Dale Brown) from Windsor; 15 grandchildren & spouses: Michael Soulard; Eric, Julie & Marc-Andre Delisle; Michel & Jean-Francois Paris; Jean-Michel & Jacob Nadon; Stephane, Patrick, Caroline & Christian Levesque; Amelia Potvin; Genevieve & Anne-Marie Lalonde; 6 great-grandchildren: Juliette & Lea; Elise & Loic; Jordan & Mathis; 3 sisters: Marie Lapointe, Irene Mineault, Claire (Moe Lafrance); her brother Ron (Claire) & her sister-in-law Loriande; many nephews, nieces, cousins & friends. Predeceased by her husbands Roger Soulard (1965) & her beloved of 20 years Alfred Levesque (1992); her brothers: Wilfrid, Paul & Lionel (late Dorothy); her sisters: Noella (late Maurice), Germaine (late Chuck); her brothers-in-law Claude & Edmond. A Mass celebrating her life will be held in the presence of her ashes on Tuesday, November 20th, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. in Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Church, 435 Montreal Road, Ottawa. The family will receive condolences at 10 a.m. Sincere thanks to Dr. David Burt for his care over the years. A thousand thanks to the special employees & volunteers at the May Court Hospice who took such good care of all of us and the Geriatric Unit, Civic Campus: especially Dr. Allen, Stephanie Saloojii & the wonderful nurses who offered her excellent care. For those who wish to honor her memory, she wished for donations to be made to the Ottawa Parkinson Association, Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre.
