POWERS, Una (Eunice). Peacefully at the Lasalle Hospital on October 30, 2007 in her ninety-sixth year. Survived by her loving sister Daisy (late John Houlzet), the late Colin, Grant, Mona, Chester (Seaforth Highlanders of Canada), Ruby, Violet (late Harold Ross). Beloved friend of the late Glen Cleveland. Devoted aunt to many nieces and nephews. Eunice was a retired employee of Toilet Laundry, Montreal. Her family will always remember her as a hard working, fun loving person with a million dollar smile. A service to celebrate her life will take place in Hopetown, Quebec in August of 2008. She will be laid to rest beside her family in the United Church Cemetery by the Baie des Chaleurs. Published in the Montreal Gazette from 11/16/2007 - 11/17/2007
