ZALTER, Lenny. After a brief illness, surrounded by his loving family, on Friday, November 16, 2007. Beloved husband of Sheila Trister for fifty-one years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Brenda Zalter, Mark and Sarit, all of Hamilton, Ontario. Loving son of Ben and the late Anne Zalter. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Harvey and Ruth, Joey and Linda, Roz and Morty Elman, and brother-in-law of Laddie and Joan Trister. Cherished "Papa" of Brittany and Jonathan Ventresca; Jordan, Geoffrey and Rachelle Zalter. Lenny will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Sunday, November 18 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Hebrew Protective Association Section, Kehal Israel Cemetery, D.D.O. Shiva at 102 Sunnyside Ave., Westmount through Wednesday evening, November 21, continuing in Hamilton, Ontario through Friday afternoon.
