BUTCHER, Beatrice Eleanor (nee Clements) We are saddened to announce the death from aortic stenosis of Eleanor Butcher at home in Ottawa on Saturday November 17, 2007 at the age of 95. Daughter of Russell and Alma Clements of Milton, Ontario. Wife of the late Rev. Dr. Wilfred F. Butcher, mother of Elspeth Ross and husband Christopher, and the late John Clements Butcher. Grandmother of Jason and Louis and Jason's wife Monique. Great-grandmother to Dylan. Friend and inspiration to many for her independence, energy and interests. A celebration of her life will be held on December 15, 2007. In memoriam, donations may be made to the Ottawa Chamber Music Society ( development@chamberfest.com) or Amnesty International.
