KOSIUK, William (Bill). 1920-2007. After a courageous battle with cancer, Bill passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, on November 21, 2007 at the age of eighty-seven. He is survived by his beloved wife Nellie (Kuchmij) and loving children; Linda, Donna (Eduardo), Kathy (Vince) and Bill Jr. (Lisa). Dear grandfather of Mark (Stacy), Jason and Alicia, Eric, Stephanie and Tyler. Brother of Michael (Mary) and the late Gerry (Ann). Brother-in-law to Nicholas. He will also be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews. Bill was a longtime employee of the Montreal Gazette (45 years). He was an active member of the Father Josaphat Jean Foundation. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of St. Mary's Hospital and the radiology/oncology department of the Montreal General Hospital for their compassion and care. Visitation will take place on Saturday and Sunday, November 24 and 25, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Panachyda will be at 8:00 p.m. (both evenings) at: The funeral service will be held on Monday, November 26 at 11 a.m. at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 6175 10th Avenue/Bellechase.
