COOK - William “Bill“ Arthur - At Kingston General Hospital, Kingston, Ontario on Sunday, December 9, 2007 at the age of 80 years. Predeceased by his wife Rachel “Ray“ Desanges (Michaud) Cook. Loving father of Linda, B. Marie and Christine. Fondly remembered by his grandchildren Bill, John, Mark, Jason and Mathew and his five wonderful great-granddaughters. Survived also by his brother John Cook (Louise) and extended families. Cremation will take place and a private graveside service will be arranged at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Cancer Centre of S.E. Ontario at K.G.H. through the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation, 366 King Street East, Kingston, Ontario K7K 6Y3.
