YAWORSKI, Sara Jane May 11/1983 - December 7/ 2007 After a two-year battle with her heart transplant and all her pain and suffering Sara drifted off into her own eternal peace Friday evening. Sara is loved and will be sadly missed by her daughter Madison, her Father Robin Webster, Mother Karla Yaworski, Sister Natasha, Brother Christopher and all her aunts, uncles, grandparents and friends. A gathering of family and friends will be held at St. Andrew's Hall in Sharbot Lake, corner of Elizabeth and Garrett Streets on Wednesday December 12, 2007 between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. 10929827
