CARL, Emmard Franklin - Retired Captain R.C.A.F. Unexpectedly after a brief illness at the Kingston General Hospital on Thursday, December 13, 2007. Beloved husband of 61 years of Verena Carl. Dearest father of Alan (Sue) of Ottawa, Dale of Toronto, Nancy of Toronto, Judy Milling (Stephen) of Kingston, Heather Rahilly (Mike) of Brampton and Brian of Kingston. Will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Mike (Jenise), Jennifer (Colin), Elisha, Serena (Kurt) and great-granddaughter Emma Carl. Brother of the late Thelma Wartman and Paul Carl, survived by sisters Fay Carl and Adele Harrington. Family and Friends will be received at the JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, Cataraqui Chapel (1900 John Counter Blvd. at Highway 2) on Sunday, December 16, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service to be held in the Chapel on Monday, December 17, 2007 at 3:30 pm, followed by cremation, private family interment at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations made to the Diabetes Association or M.S. Society would be appreciated by the family. 10935491
