FOSTER, Charles Frederick - (resident of Royal Gardens) - Peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Hospital Drive Site, on Friday, December 14, 2007 in his 89th year. Beloved husband of the late Elva (April 2006) and predeceased by his first wife Jean (nee Todd). He will be sadly missed by his children Ann Knop (Arno), Richard Foster (Dianne), Ruth Nicoletti (Roger), Roderick Foster (Susan) and Barry McBride (Gail). Proud grandfather of 15 and great- grandfather of 21. Dear brother of Margaret Waller of Cobourg; predeceased by his brothers Bert, Lorne, John and Byron. Visitation will begin on Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at noon followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street, Peterborough, (705) 745-4683. Interment will take place in Bowmanville Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation or the P.RH.C. Foundation would be appreciated. 10935878
