STORRIE, Elizabeth Betty Anne Stewart (Thomson) - In loving memory of Elizabeth Betty Anne Stewart (Thomson) Storrie. Born October 7th, 1944 in Glasgow Scotland, she died peacefully at home, Sunday, December 2nd, 2007, after a lengthy illness. Beloved wife of Duncan Storrie. Cherished and devoted mother of James and Duncan Storrie, and Elizabeth Sajnovic (husband Dave). Beaming grandma of Katrina and Amanda. Her lilting Scottish voice is now silent. Betty's quiet strength and courage was an inspiration to all whose lives she touched. She will be lovingly remembered, as the sweet voice she so often sang with. Predeceased by her parents Jesse and Neal Thomson, brothers Neal and John Thomson and sister Margaret McNaught. Sadly missed by sister Jesse Jones, brother Archie Thomson both of Scotland, and many nieces and nephews. Private Family Funeral Service in the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. Tuesday, December 4th, 2007. Cremation at the Parklawn Crematorium.
