Taisto Antero KERO

KERO, Taisto Antero - In loving memory of Taisto Antero Kero 64 years who passed away Saturday, December 8th, 2007 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital-St. Joseph Health Center. Taisto was born in Lapua, Finland. He worked for 30 years as a miner at INCO's Creighton Mine, retiring in 1994. He was a member of St. Matthew's Finnish Lutheran Church and a member of INCO Quarter Century Club. Married to Elizabeth “Betty“ in 1970, he was a devoted and loving husband. He will be sadly missed and never forgotten. Beloved husband of Elizabeth “Betty“ (nee Hallam) Kero of Hanmer. Predeceased by his parents Urho Kara and Toini (nee Paavola) and Pentti Kero. Loving brother of Marita (husband Maurice Renaud), Eric (wife Debbie), Edwin, Kenneth (wife Marion), Ronald all of Sudbury and David of Toronto. Sadly missed by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and by many cousins in Finland.
