LACHANCE, Henrietta - of Sudbury, formerly of Massey passed away at St. Joseph's Villa, Sudbury on Tuesday, December 11th, 2007 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Art Lachance (1988). Dear daughter of the late Alex & Florida (nee Darby) Lanthier. Loving mother of Juanita (Mrs. Don Stencil) of Naughton, Arthur (wife Janet) of Gatineau, Quebec, Wayne (wife Lise) & Dennis (wife Pauline) both of Massey & Judy (Mrs. Peter Schroeder) of Richards Landing. Will be sadly missed by 13 grandchildren & 14 great-grandchildren. Very dear sister of Mrs. Irene Roseborough of Sudbury, Theresa (Mrs. Ozzie Malleau) of Massey, Mrs. Mae Meredith of Espanola & the late Ralph Lanthier and Dot Sloss. Henrietta was a great mom, grandmother, mother in law & loved going to the cottage near Sagamok on the North Channel with her husband. Christmas was her favorite time of year. Friends may call at the Massey Visitation Centre, Massey on Friday, December 14th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass from the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Massey on Saturday, December 15th at 10:00 a.m. with Father Francis Ezenezi officiating. Interment in the Massey Roman Catholic Cemetery. If so desired, Memorial tributes may be made to the Canadian Diabetic Association or the Northern Cancer Research Foundation.
