TURGEON, Roger Hector - Peacefully at the Sudbury Regional Hospital, Laurentian Site, Saturday morning, December 15th, 2007 in his 71st year. Beloved husband of Susan (nee Barlow). Loving father of Douglas and Dennis of Sudbury. Will be sadly missed by his special friend “Baley”. Dear son of Ovila and Germaine (nee Provost) Turgeon, both predeceased. Brother of Diane (Robert) Leveille of Sudbury, Marie (Donald) Palanio of Garson. Brother-in-law of Julian and Jane Barlow of Nanaimo B.C., also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was born and raised in Sudbury. Having spent his career with the Canadian Pacific Railway, retiring in 1994 having over 40 years of service. Roger drove a school bus for 25 years for Estaire Bus Lines. He was an avid gardner and enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. Roger was very devoted to his family and he was a member of St-Patrick's parish Sudbury. Resting at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. E. (at Notre-Dame) where friends may call, Tuesday, December 18th from 2-5 and 7- 9:30 p.m. Prayers will be held Tuesday at 3:00 p.m.Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St-Patrick's Church, 39 Walford Road, Sudbury, Wednesday at 10 a.m. Cremation to follow. There will be no visitation at the funeral home Wednesday morning. In lieu of flowers, gifts to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, to the Kidney Foundation or to the Canadian Diabetes Association will be greatly appreciated. 10936205
