LITTLEWOOD, Douglas Leslie - It is with great sadness that the family of Douglas Leslie Littlewood wish to inform you of his passing. Douglas passed away peacefully with his family by his side after a courageous battle with cancer. Douglas is survived by his loving wife of 51 years Margaret Ruth (Bell), by his daughter Leslie Rafferty, (predeceased by son-in-law Michael Rafferty in 2006), his son Jeffery Littlewood and wife Mary Jane, by his grandchildren Maggie Rafferty, Douglas Littlewood and Kristen Littlewood and by his brother-in-law Gregory Mulharen of Grand Falls (predeceased by sister Norene). Friends and family will be received at the home of Margaret Littlewood at 8 Crane Crescent, Blenheim to celebrate the life of Douglas, on Saturday December 15, 2007, starting at 1:00 p.m. The family of Douglas would like to thank Dr. Thomas Perkin, Dr. Ihor, and the nursing staff at the Chatham- Kent Health Alliance for all of their great care. In remembrance, donations to the O.S.P.C.A. or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
