ZWOLAK, Diana - Courageously on Monday, December 10, 2007 at St. Catharines General Hospital, Diana left us. Beloved wife of Ted; dear mother of Henry and his wife Kelly, and Lilly and her husband Joe Biamonte all of St. Catharines; loving babcia of Jayme-Lee, Mark, Joseph, Kristyna, Matthew, Kalina and Kristopher. Survived by one sister in England, and predeceased by one brother in England, one brother and one sister in New York. Mrs Zwolak was a member of our Lady of Perpetual Help Church and the Polish Legion Branch # 418. Mrs. Zwolak is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. until Saturday at 8:30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church at 9 a.m. Rite of Committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Vigil Prayers for the deceased will be held in the funeral home on Friday at 8 p.m. Visiting hours Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
