SCARPINO, Carlo - Peacefully, at home surrounded by family and friends on Monday, December 10, 2007; Carlo Scarpino at the age of 73 years. Loving husband and best friend of Luisa. Rock solid father and mentor to Luigi (Fedora), Anna Ryan (Dave), Mario (Mirella) and Pina D'Agostino (Aldo). Cherished nonno of Louisa Sophia, Michelle, Michael and Patrick Ryan, Luisa and Carlo Jr. Scarpino, Daniel and Emily Rose Scarpino and Mia Rose D'Agostino. Great nonno of Cassandra. Loved by his 14 brothers and sisters and their families all of Italy. Pre- deceased by his parents Annunziata and Luigi Scarpino of Scigliano, Italy. Carlo will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the NORTHWOOD FUNERAL HOME (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Friday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral mass at St. Gregory's Church on Saturday, December 15, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. with Monsignor Victor Amadio officiating. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations made to the Sault Area Hospital - Renal Dialysis Care Fund or Critical Care Fund would be appreciated by the family.
