BIRCHARD, Bernice Florence - (Member of Our Lady Of Lourdes CWL for many years) Passed away at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie on Friday, November 30, 2007. Bernice Florence Birchard (nee Turner) of Elmvale in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late John A Birchard. Sadly missed by her dear sister Phyllis (late Frank) Hern-Black , and her late brother Norman W Turner. Sister-in-law of Mary (late Bill) McCloskey, late Tom (Kay) Birchard, and the late Charlie Birchard. Bernice will be missed by her loved nieces and nephews Diane (Jim) Hurlburt, Janet (Allan) Hurlburt, Audrea (Marshall) Weiner, Karen Birchard (Doug Payne), Maureen Birchard, Tom (Mary Anne) Birchard, Monica (Richard) Kington, Keith Birchard, Diana Baird, Mary Ann (Orlando) Campagna, Judy (Ken) Stevenson, Bill (Kathy) McCloskey, and Chuck (Sharon) McCloskey. Bernice will also be sadly missed by her many great nieces and nephews. Bernice started working at the age of 17 in Toronto for Canada Colours and Chemicals Ltd in general accounting until her reitrement June 26, 1974. Friends may call at the LYNN-STONE FUNERAL HOME, Elmvale from 2-5 p.m. Monday. Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Elmvale on Tuesday, December 4 at 11 a.m. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery Barrie. Parish Prayers at the Funeral Home Monday at 2:30 p.m. C.W.L.
